In accordance with Education Code 51.9335, the University of North Texas System (UNTS), subsequentlyreferred to as the Owner, is accepting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement with a vendor(s) thatspecializes in Air Monitoring for Asbestos Abatement Services in accordance with the terms and conditionsand requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. UNTS intends to select multiple vendors as a result ofthis RFP.
