The Bureau of Reclamation Upper Colorado Basin Acquisition Branch will solicit and award a purchase order to Scientemp Corp. Scientemp Corp will provide a Freeze-Thaw Chamber that complies with ASTM C666. Minimum of 40 standard-sized sample capacity. Electrical requirements:208V, 60Hz, three phase, 45 amps. Digital controller to program freeze-thaw cycles and recordmeasured temperature data.for the Bureau of Reclamation. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
