This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. \n(ii) The solicitation number 36C26226Q0283 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. \n(iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, January 1, 2025.\n(iv) This solicitation will be unrestricted, to a business associated with The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code, 334510, and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard of 1,250 employees.\n(v) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for a functional electrical stimulation cycling system for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System. This solicitation is being procured as a brand name or equal IAW 52.211-6 -- Brand Name or Equal. The submissions must meet the following salient characteristics:\nMust:\nHave at least 10 integrated functional electrical stimulation therapy channels.\nHave at least a 10 touchscreen integrated controller.\nHave an electrode set.\nSupport a weight capacity up to 120 kilograms.\nHave an arm crank length of at least 117 millimeters. \n\nThe information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality and services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the services that fulfill the required specifications.
