The contractor shall operate, maintain, install, refuel, and repair \nenergized and de-energized facility and power distribution components for electric circuits, \nelectric control systems, and associated equipment IAW the attached Performance Work \nStatement. \n\n APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS \n\n This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 and the \ncurrent wage determination, Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5005, revision 27, revised 03 Dec \n2025. \n\n QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME \n\n A site visit will be scheduled for 18th February 2026 at 09:00 AM CST. All prospective offerers \nthat do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit a filled out EAL request to A1C Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil no later than COB 16th February 2026 .
