Grounds Maintenance 2026

Description

The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting tenders to provide grounds maintenance and management for its greenspaces including horticulture, cleansing, sports surfaces, playgrounds, cemeteries and allotments maintenance; following the rules set out in the Procurement Act 2023 and subsequent Regulations ("the Act"). This Procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Act using the Open Procedure. This document describes how the Procurement will be conducted, including details of the associated Procurement timetable, participation and award criteria and how to respond to this opportunity.
