Dear Proposers, The World Health Organization, hereinafter referred to as WHO, hereby invites prospective Proposers to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). To enable you to submit a proposal, please read the attached documents carefully. If you are interested in submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, please 1. Acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent form in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Tuesday, July 16, 2026 2. Submit any requests for clarification no later than Thursday, July 16, 2026 3.
