Establishment of Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for Multimedia Services (Documentation and Design)

Description

This tender is open to the following: Syrian companies; Foreign companies that have a valid Joint Venture Agreement with a Syrian company; Foreign companies that have a valid permit from the Syrian Government to operate in Syria.
