Call for External Collaborator – Consolidation of Active Labour Market Programme Data and Labour Market Trends Analysis

Description

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. The work consists of consolidating active labour market programme (ALMP) data collected by the International Labour Organization (ILO) into a structured and analysis-ready Excel dataset format. The assignment will involve extracting, coding, and consolidating data from approximately 100 completed ALMP questionnaires currently in Word format, in line with the relevant references and the guidance provided the ILO. The assignment will also involve preparing concise labour market analyses covering macroeconomic trends, demographics and labour supply, labour market structure and performance, vulnerable groups and labour market activation needs. The analyses will draw on internationally recognised statistical sources, including ILOSTAT, and other relevant sources.
