To decide on the premises of ECHA as from 2030, the Agency requires consultancy advice and a pool of experts in the real estate market and commercial office space business. The successful tenderer will provide expertise in various fields, including project management, architecture, engineering, financial analysis, and legal advice, to support ECHA in evaluating available options, launching a tender procedure, and negotiating a contract covering lease and purchase options.
