"Equal To" submittals will not \nbe considered; this item is specifaiclly called out in NAVSEA instructions for use in performing \nenvironmental analyses. Deviation from the NAVSEA requirements discussed above would require \nsignificant cost and delays to the government in delivering ships back to the Navy, due to \nvalidating that other technology would meet the existing requirements, training in new systems \nand developing new procedures based on the hardware from a different vendor. \n\n NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED PROVISIONS 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 2S2.204- \n7016, AND 252.204-7019AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETED PROVISIONS WITH THEIR OFFER. \n\n This announcement will close 4/14/2026 at 5:00 PM EST.
