Coordinate with Watervliet arsenal for the shipment of the Fairfield swage cylinder assembly to contractor facility. \n2. Disassemble/Evaluate cylinder assembly. \n3. Inspect all parts for dimensional tolerances. \n4. Recondition Rod, Strip/polish/Re-chrome. \n5. Polish cylinder tube (bore). \n6. Clean/Deburr all parts \n7. Replace with all new Seals/Bearing Elements \n8. Install new hardware \n9. Re-assemble complete cylinder \n10. Test cylinder to standard bench test procedures. (QAP-10 Sec.3.0) \n11. Sandblast & Paint Grey \n12. Package for shipment \n13. Coordinate with Watervliet for return shipment of refurbished swage cylinder. \n14.
