The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers IFBs for HHS.HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for lead sample analysis services for the Environmental Lead Investigators for the Blood Lead Surveillance Brand of the Department of State Health Services located at 1100 W. 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756.
