The contractor shall provide all the resources necessary to complete this requirement on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation will be a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. \n\n The award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. To be considered for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
