Works will be delivered in 2-3 stages, partly during school term time. All works MUST be completed by the start of term 1 2026. Additional works to Block 11 (Library) will be added to the contract as part of additional rights - for delivery over the Christmas holidays. The BC amendment is underway for Block 26 toilets and will be available prior to starting the work in December.
