Camp Mabry Building 75 RTUs Replacement

Description

Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department is seeking bids to replace seven existing Carrier 48HJE007G-631CA 6-ton rooftop package units (RTUs). Replacement units shall be similar or equal to the existing units in capacity, tonnage, and performance. This building is located at 2200 West 35th Street, Bldg. 75, Austin, Texas 78705. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 2200 West 35th Street, Bldg. 75, Austin, Texas 78705 at 10:00 A.M. OR 1:00 P.M. on July 16, 2026. Failure to attend one of the two (2) site visits will result in disqualification of the response. There will be no technical questions answered at this conference.
