Possession will start at the time when delivery is made by the Government to the Contractor site. Possession ends when the Government picks up the towboat from the Contractor site. All contract work shall be completed within 25 river miles of Paducah, Kentucky on the Ohio, Cumberland, or Tennessee Rivers. Any quotes received that require work to be performed outside of the 25 river miles will be considered nonresponsive.
