{"description":" 1.1 DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENTAL SERVICES. \nThe contractor shall provide a complete building automation system (BAS) including BACnet/IP \nbased controllers, electric cabinets, sensors and acutuators for the HVAC systems of the \nbuildings. All work shall conform to standard commercial practices, in accordance with (IAW) \nthe technical regulations for workplaces, and electrical TUV/VDE requirements. This shall \ninclude testing and balancing of all controllers and the new application. \nIn phase 1 an existing building will be renewed, and new HVAC systems and the BAS will be \ninstalled. In phase 2 a new building will be built and connected to the existing building. \nThe contractor shall be responsible for: \n1.1.1 Delivery of field devices Sensors and actuators for phase 1 \n- heating circuit \n- hot water preparation \n- Utilities room \n- Telecom room \n1.1.2 Delivery of electric cabinet including building automation system for phase 1 \n- heating circuit \n- hot water preparation \n- Utilities room \n- Telecom room \n- Connection to air handling unit \n- Connection to metering \n- Connection to cooling units \n- hygienic rinse \n- various fault messages \n \n1.1.3 Delivery of Software program specially designed for the building automation system \nfor phase 1 \n- heating circuit \n- hot water preparation \n- Utilities room \n- Telecom room \n- Connection to air handling unit \n- Connection to metering \n- Connection to cooling units \n- hygienic rinse \n- various fault messages \n1.1.4 Commissioning and as built documentation for the building automation system for \nphase 1 \n- heating circuit \n- hot water preparation \n- Utilities room \n- Telecom room \n- Connection to air handling unit \n- Connection to metering \n- Connection to cooling units \n- hygienic rinse \n- various fault messages \n1.1.5 Delivery of field devices Sensors and actuators for phase 2 \n- heating circuit vehicle bay \n- Utilities room phase 2 \n1.1.6 Delivery of electric cabinet including building automation system for phase 2 \n- heating circuit vehicle bay \n- Utilities room phase 2 \n- Connection to ventilation system vehicle bay \n- Connection to the control system of the doors \n- various fault messages \n1.1.7 Delivery of Software program specially designed for the building automation system \nfor phase 2 \n- heating circuit vehicle bay \n- Utilities room phase 2 \n- Connection to ventilation system vehicle bay \n- Connection to the control system of the doors \n- various fault messages \n \n1.1.8 Commissioning and as built documentation for the building automation system for \nphase 2 \n- heating circuit \n- hot water preparation \n- Utilities room \n- Telecom room \n- Connection to air handling unit \n- Connection to metering \n- Connection to cooling units \n- hygienic rinse \n- various fault messages \n1.1.9 BACnet/IP data points to be named IAW ASHRAE 135, VDI 3814-1, and Ramstein \nPoints Naming Convention \n1.1.10 Prior to final Government acceptance, all as-built documents, warranty \ndocumentation, EDE Files shall be handed over as hard copies and/or secure \nelectronic transfer (DOD SAFE). \n1.2 ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION \n1.2.2 All controllers to be BACnet/IP based, IAW ASHRAE 135 – 2020 and BTL certified. \n1.2.3 Setpoints, trending, and alarms are to be determined by the Government. \n1.2.4 To maintain system standardization and utilize available resources, all KMC buildings are \nto be uniformly equipped with BTL-certified building automation systems, preferably of the \nbrand Kieback & Peter DDC4000, alternatively Siemens PXC4...PXC7. Only building \nautomation systems from these two manufacturers, including all associated components, are \npermitted for use. \n1.2.5 The contractor shall include project commissioning and submit a commissioning final \nreport.
