This notice and the anticipated solicitation are available publicly for download via the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov under the notice ID 36C26026R0021. \nGeneral Information\nThis solicitation is being competed full and open, unrestricted as a request for proposals (RFP) under FAR part 15 procedures and in accordance with the updated Revolutionary FAR Overhaul. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) anticipates making one (1) firm-fixed-price construction award based on a best value determination as a result of this solicitation. \nOfferors wishing to submit a response to the solicitation are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation, and for frequently monitoring SAM.gov Contract Opportunities for any amendments issued. \nOfferors shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have completed the Representations and Certifications sections prior to submitting an offer, and be eligible to receive a contract award.\nFor an offer to be considered under this solicitation, offerors must submit all required information listed in the solicitation instructions posted to SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities to the designated point of submission in the RFP by no later than the date and time set as the deadline for receipt of offerors. Late and incomplete offers may not be considered for award, pursuant to the terms and conditions in the posted RFP. \nProject Description\nThe anticipated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00.\nThis Project will renovate building B211A at Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (VA SORCC). \nMore specific detailed information and requirements will be located in the drawings and specifications.
