The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) anticipates making one (1) firm-fixed-price construction award based on a best value determination as a result of this solicitation. \nOfferors wishing to submit a response to the solicitation are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation, and for frequently monitoring SAM.gov Contract Opportunities for any amendments issued. \nOfferors shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have completed the Representations and Certifications sections prior to submitting an offer, and be eligible to receive a contract award.\nFor an offer to be considered under this solicitation, offerors must submit all required information listed in the solicitation instructions posted to SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities to the designated point of submission in the RFP by no later than the date and time set as the deadline for receipt of offerors.
