Production and publication of the periodical Stat & Styring.

Description

DFD owns the rights to the periodical Stat & styring. The aim of Stat & Styring is to ensure that relevant and relevant administrative political problems are put on the agenda and discussed. This can be done through articles, debates, interviews etc. Currently the University Publisher has the assignment of releasing Stat & Management and is currently published Stat & Styring on the platform Idunn.no. The contract with the University Publisher ceases to work 31.12.2025. DFD is now searching for a new actor who can produce and publish the periodical. After a change in the current contract period, the periodical is currently published only digitally and all content published under the name Stat & Styring is available online for free for everyone. This requirement will continue to apply. Any new publisher will therefore have to facilitate this (free and open web publication). The annual financial value of the assignment is up to NOK 1,500,000 per annum, excluding VAT. The total financial value for the contract period is NOK 7,500,000, excluding VAT in total over five years. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
