Description

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), intends to pre-qualify a group of organizations in a timely manner, and potentially solicit proposals from them shortly thereafter. The services/outputs being sourced are: Support the development of joint action plans between value chain actors for three existing value chains (rice, coconut, and mango) to strengthen linkages among actors and promote more equitable, better resilience and improved profitability in the Mekong Delta. Providing opportunities to link the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to blended finance and other innovative value chain financing and green finance models to promote Smart Transformation of Agri-food System (STAS) Review the opportunities (banks, funds, designed business plans, and designed joint action plan) for promoting business plan for green value chain/ sustainable and equitable business models. Facilitate connecting SMEs with finance providers.
