This notice provides details for the upcoming pre-proposal conference and site visit. \n\n Please note that the Government is currently reviewing questions received from industry; applicable responses will be provided via separate notice. The Government is unable to provide an estimated release date for the formal RFP W58RGZ-26-R-0008 at this time. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov regularly for future updates. \n\n To participate in the pre-proposal conference and/or site visit, interested parties must register by submitting requested information outlined in attached PDF fillable document “AFM III Conference & Site Visit”. Submissions must be sent via the DOD SAFE Site (https://safe.apps.mil/) to the following points of contact no later than noon, CST, Tuesday, 5 May 2026: \n\n \n\t Contracting Officer: Mrs. Antionette R. McClinton, Contracting Officer \n\t Contract Specialists: Mrs. Lanora Brooks and Mr. Nicholas Lebano \n\t Email (East): usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-afm-iii-east@army.mil \n\t Email (West): usarmy.redstone.acc.mbx.acc-rsa-afm-iii-west@army.mil \n \n\n Please limit attendees to three per offeror/per event. \n\n Refer to the attachment: “ACC-RSA AFM-III Pre-Proposal Conference-Site Visit Agenda” for further details regarding specific times and locations. \n\n Direct all questions regarding this solicitation to the e-mail addresses listed above. \n\n PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE \n\n A pre-proposal conference for RFP W58RGZ-26-R-0008 is scheduled to clarify requirements and provide a forum for interested vendors to ask questions regarding the solicitation. The conference will be held at 3777 Maintenance Row, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), 35898 (conference room #102) with a virtual option via MS Teams (connection details will be forwarded to all registered attendees prior to the conference). \n\n Pre-proposal conference date and location: Thursday, 7 May 2026, 3777 Maintenance Row, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898 and virtual option via MS Teams. \n\n Access to RSA for the pre-proposal conference is the responsibility of the contractor. The Gate 9 Visitor center is open from 0600-1730 Monday-Friday. U.S. Citizens possessing either a Common Access Card (CAC) or Military ID may access RSA via any gate.
