The WRTM-S will enable regional decision makers to better understand the inter-relationship between land use and transport infrastructure, particularly in the future. The WRTM-S will be a tool within which to interrogate policy changes, the staging of the release of land for residential or commercial use to cater for growth, and cost and benefit profiles for optimising investment outcomes. This procurement is to build and maintain the Strategic Model. Co-Lab in the coming weeks anticipates going to market with a call for registrations of interest (ROI) issued through the GETS website.
