The purpose of this RFI is to: + Outline how the market engagement process is to be conducted + Provide draft NBC information to potential suppliers + Offer potential suppliers an opportunity to provide feedback on the RFI pack or meet with WRC ahead of the issue of the tender documents. The pre-procurement engagement is a precursor to, and not part of, the formal competitive procurement process, which commences with the request for proposals, anticipated in March 2026.
