Vågan municipality intends to establish a dynamic procurement scheme for the category project manager/consultant. The scope can vary based on on ongoing needs and there will be either mini-competitions or framework agreements under the DPS scheme. The contracting authority will describe how we intend to carry out the competition in the individual mini-competition on the scheme. The scope will vary based on current needs and budgets.
