The scope also includes the procurement and installation of a new reverse osmosis unit for the clean steam feed water. The GC shall also provide services for the modification of existing ductwork in BH002 and procurement and installation of a new air handler and associated ductwork in BD423. The GC shall make themselves intimately familiar with full scope as defined in this scope of work, construction drawings, and specifications.\n\nOfferors are strongly urged to attend the site visit prior to submitting their proposals to evaluate the extent of the project requirements.
