The contract awarded under this solicitation shall be for a 12-month base period, plus four 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion. The overall term of the contract shall not exceed 60 months or $45,000,000.00 whichever comes first. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $2,500.00 that a task order will be issued concurrently with award to obligate.
