The Government seeks to provide the attached Purchase Description and prospective contractor's capability survey to identify and understand commercial and commercial-off-the-shelf capabilites, concepts, or methodologies to sustain water and wastewater operational flow in frigid temperatures (-25 degrees Fahrenheit and extended protection down to -65 degrees Fahrenheit). \n \nThe contract type and acquisition strategy, to include pricing arrangement, quantities, timelines, et al., are considered to be determined and will be shaped in part by the findings found within responses to this notice as well as other sources of potential market solutions. \n \n PLEASE NOTE: This notice is NOT a solicitation.
