Extend the solicitation closing date and time to 11:00 AM EST on March 2nd, 2026. \n\n II. Update the Periods of Performance (PoPs) as reflected in the REVISED solicitation documents. ( **June 16, 2026, to June 15, 2027.** ) \n\n III. Revise FAR 52.2121, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to require that quotes remain valid for 120 days rather than 60 days. \n\n IV. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect. \n\n __________ \n\n \n\n Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), 1 Norfolk Naval Shipyard Portsmouth, VA 23709, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for forklift production support services. This is a SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. \n\n \n\n This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 336611. The small business-size standard is 1300 (# of employees). The Product Service Code is J998. \n\n \n\n The tentative period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, 2027. \n\n \n\n 52.212-1 Addendum - Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services \n\n To be considered for this contract opportunity, the offeror must provide the required documents outlined in Addendum to 52.212-1.
