Plumbing & Drainage Contractor for plumbing replacements at Martinborough School

Description

The Martinborough School Board of Trustees seek the services of a Plumbing & Drainage Contractor to undertake the upgrade of plumbing and hot water systems across multiple school blocks, including replacement of hot water cylinders, valves, trays, drains, tempering and vacuum breakers, water fountains, and associated pipework. Remedial building works, new cleaning facilities, and investigation and design of a site wide water supply upgrade are included, with provisional sums for excavation and reinstatement, and carpentry, painting, and joinery make good works
