Description

The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking suitable candidates that will be invited to participate in the negotiated procedure and to submit a tender for the provision of print centre services and on-demand services. After a start-up phase of maximum 3 months and as part of the provision of print centre services, the successful Tenderer shall operate the ECB's Print Centre as managed services by deploying staff members to provide the print centre services. The successful Tenderer shall also lease to the ECB digital colour printing systems and auxiliary equipment and maintain these during the term of the Contract of up to 5 years. The provision of on-demand services shall comprise the deployment of support staff for ad-hoc tasks, in particular scanning, internal deliveries and inventory, the provision of print media design services, in particular calendar design and print layout, as well as the provision of additional products.
