Procurement of content development, production and dissemination of innovation policy and finance topics for Africa Europe Digital Innovation Bridge (AEDIB 2.0) project.

Description

This procurement seeks a single qualified service provider to design, produce, deliver, and disseminate a full portfolio of online innovation‑policy and access‑to‑finance content for the AEDIB 2.0 project during March 2026–March 2027. The assignment includes end‑to‑end production of: a public Innovation Policy Podcast Series (15 episodes), Closed‑door online technical clinics for policy implementers, Web articles and knowledge notes for the AEDIB online repository, public Access to Finance Roundtable Series (6 roundtables + webinars). The provider must handle editorial planning, speaker sourcing, recording, editing, captioning, content packaging, dissemination, and basic monitoring. The contract budget is maximum €200 000 EUR, with €140 000 EUR procurement and €60 000 EUR and requires demonstrated experience in webinar/podcast production, especially in African contexts, and the ability to operate both remotely and on location
