Market research was conducted previously in the form of a Request for Information, 80SSC025K0001, via SAM.gov, and only one responsible source provided a response that met NASA SSC’s requirement. \n\n The Government intends to acquire the commercial product utilizing FAR parts 12 and 15. \n\n Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Melissa Wagner at melissa.r.wagner@nasa.gov not later than 3:00 pm on December 3, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.
