The supplier will enter into a long-term maintenance agreement to ensure the Gensets remain fully operational and compliant over their service life. Option 2 – Fully Maintained Lease: Provision of Gensets under a long-term lease arrangement, with the supplier retaining ownership of the Gensets and providing all maintenance, servicing, and compliance requirements for the duration of the lease.
