This item is NOT A COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE ITEM and requires specialized manufacturing capabilities. \n\n \n\n 4.0 Quality and Testing Requirements \n\n \n\t Standards: MIL-STD-1916 applies. \n\t Quality Management System (QMS): Higher Level Contract Quality System requirement. Suppliers must possess a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. \n\t First Article Testing (FAT): FAT will be required.
