A suitably qualified and specialised professional services contractor is required to undertake these works. The main scope of works include: • Annual site selection and chipseal designs • Identifying and scheduling pre-reseal repairs. • Procurement of a new re-seals contract. • MSQA and Contract Management of the physical works contract. • Ensuring Asbuilt and RAMM data collection is completed. • Annual performance reports on reseals sites. • Hauraki District Council Area Wide Treatment/Rehabilitation seal design review • Training and mentorship on seal design. The Proposed Contract that we intend to use for this procurement is the Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services.
