Short and long term hire of flats

Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for short and long term hire of flats. Tradebroker will emphasise that service providers have a good offer as regards covering different needs for flats and there is a minimum requirement for tenderers that they offer location/presence in Oslo. Beyond this there will be some need in the largest cities in the country such as Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. The flats shall be non-smoking, the offered prices shall be fixed and include weekly laundry, as well as laundry when checking out. Tenderers are required to have all prices and services available to place orders on multiple channels. E.g. via a travel agency, online bookings, call centres etc.
