{"description":" Solicitation for Offer: Land Lease Opportunity in Washington State \n\n The United States Government is seeking to lease land in the state of Washington, within the vicinity of the City of Vancouver to the City of Woodland, specifically along the I-5 and I-205 corridors. \n\n Minimum Property Requirements : \n\n \n\t The property must be located in the state of Washington. \n\t The property must be situated within the city limits of Vancouver, Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, or Woodland, or within 0.5 miles of I-5 or I-205. \n\t The property must have a minimum size of 0.36 acres. \n\t The topography must support:\n\t \n\t\t A 2,900 square foot modular structure. \n\t\t 4,000 square feet for a fenced parking area. \n\t\t 9,100 square feet for general parking. \n\t \n\t \n\t The property must have onsite utility hookups (electric, sanitary, water, and broadband internet) or the ability to extend services from nearby connections. \n\t The property owner must agree to sign a right-of-entry to allow Government personnel and contractors access for suitability assessments, which may include subsurface investigations. \n\t Lease Term: Five (5) years, one (1) year firm with four (4) rights to renew each subsequent year thereafter. \n\t The right to renew is reserved to the Government by giving a 30 days’ notice, and the Lessor may terminate by giving a 365 days’ notice. \n \n\n Special Considerations : \n\n \n\t Vehicular Access : The property must have adequate and safe access for vehicles. \n\t Past Use and Compatibility : The property’s previous use and compatibility with surrounding development will be evaluated. \n\t Lease Terms : The landlord must be willing to lease the property with option years. \n\t Environmental and Historic Encumbrances : The property’s status regarding known or suspected hazardous materials, environmental concerns, or historic encumbrances will be considered. \n \n\n Contact Information : \n\n Interested parties should contact Katie Skiff at (503) 808-5232, via email at kathryn.s.skiff@usace.army.mil, or by mail at: \n\n U.S. Army Corps of Engineers \n\n Attn: CENWP-RE (Skiff) \n\n P.O.
