The 2026 Chinese New Year Festival is planned to be held on 21 February 2026. There may also be an opportunity to provide lanterns for further festivals, subject to successful delivery and availability of DCC funding. This Expression of Interest (EoI) is not a formal Procurement Process. This EoI is part of DCC’s market research and is not a formal notice of procurement. We are seeking responses from interested parties in relation to the supply of Chinese Cultural Festival lanterns and/or light sculptures. Based on the responses the DCC will determine what procurement process to undertake for this contract opportunity. This EoI does not create a contract. No legal or other obligations will arise in relation to this EoI, and the DCC reserves the right to decide at any time to amend, suspend or cancel this opportunity.
