EZ113-261159 CFAD - Rocky Point Building RP-138 Remedial Excavation Program – Metchosin, BC

Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is implementing a remediation project surrounding Building RP-138 at the operational Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) at Rocky Point, Metchosin, BC. Work must be performed during dry conditions (i.e., Summer 2026) and completed by October 1, 2026. Work within CFAD must comply with DND’s environment practices and procedures, and the RP-138 Project Area is in a restricted access area, which has specific security-related requirements. The successful Contractor and its personnel, as well as any subcontractor and its personnel, who are required to perform any part of the Work pursuant to the subsequent contract must meet the mandatory security requirement.
