Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Contractor shall develop a paper stock-taking the LEP experience in Ukraine to identify the conditions under which LEPs can be effective, sustainable and replicable, and to produce a practical set of recommendations that can inform future LEP development in Ukraine and comparable contexts.
