DHA is not a prescribed corporate Commonwealth entity for the purposes of the CPRs under Section 30 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014. This RFT is issued through AusTender to leverage a convenient and efficient tendering platform, and provide notification of the opportunity to suppliers.Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites responses from suitably licensed and insured Head Contractors to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of demolition and brownfield reversion services in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) to be carried out in accordance with these Conditions of Tender for the Stage 1 Redevelopment of Gymkhana Road, Campbell ACT 2612 Royal Military College (RMC) Duntroon), to demolish 15 condemned dwellings and construct 32 new residences.
