Procurement of IT operations and security.

Description

The Norwegian Mineral Management Agency with the Bergmesteren for Svalbard shall procure a comprehensive, secure and future-specific IT operation delivery. The delivery includes i.a. user support, service desk, identity and access management, clients, mobile devices, networks, server and cloud services, application operation, backup, recovery, security monitoring, event management, documentation, reporting, establishment, transition, interaction with third-party suppliers and exit assistance.
