This may be accomplished electronically at HTTPS://sam.gov. \n\n This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor' best \nquote in terms of price and technical acceptability. \n\n This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes \nreceived by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 9 February 2026. A determination by the Government not to \ncompete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the \nGovernment.
