Otago Polytechnic – G&H Block Lift Modernisation RFP

Description

Otago Polytechnic invites proposals for the upgrade and modernisation of three passenger lifts located within Blocks G & H in Dunedin. The project includes replacement of key lift components, installation, commissioning, and associated maintenance requirements, in accordance with the Scope of Work prepared by Vertrans Associates. The works will be undertaken within an operational building environment and will require careful staging and coordination. This is an open competitive Request for Proposals (RFP). All enquiries and submissions must be made via the GETS platform in accordance with the RFP documentation.
