We really need vendors to provide information on their company and proposed product that they feel qualify for this requirement. Overall, it s any information the vendor can provide on the product they are proposing and all the features that meet the salient characteristics in this solicitation. I provide this information to the station partner to review and determine if the vendor s product will truly meet their needs for this requirement.  In some cases, vendors in the past, on other requirements, would provide a document where they copied over the salient characteristics from the solicitation and responded to each one with how the vendor s product would specifically meet that salient characteristic.
