Description

Reissue of Solicitation of Offers: This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number EZ156-250001 dated 24 September 2025 with a closing of 31 October 2025 at 14:00 PT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) to provide ready-to-eat dispersed meals (hot or cold) and catering services for the Department of National Defence, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and other federal government departments and agencies at various locations in the Okanagan region, Vancouver Island and other locations in British Columbia on an "as and when requested" basis. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner}, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
