The SMF is expected to produce Grade A, thermally dried, biosolids at a rate of approximately 5 – 6.5 metric tonnes per day. The successful proposal(s) will address the following when determining what the most suitable reuse option for WCC: • Cost effectiveness • Sustainability and continuity of reuse demand • Environmental impact • Stakeholder groups • Mana Whenua principles
