Provision of intellectual services in the area of the effective implementation of UN and EU economic restrictions (“sanctions”)

Description

The Economic Crime and Cooperation Division (ECCD) of the Council of Europe carries out technical cooperation projects in Council of Europe member states and neighbouring jurisdictions aimed at combating corruption, money laundering, terrorism and its financing, economic and organised crime. The Council of Europe is looking for a maximum of 15 Providers (provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated below) in order to support the implementation of ongoing and future initiatives of the ECCD, with an expertise on analysing and advising on policy, legislative and institutional responses to countering economic crime and supporting the enhancement of measures and capacities related to the application of European Union (EU) and United Nations (UN) targeted financial sanctions (“TFS”) and preventing their circumvention.
