These systems control essential building functions such as lighting, air conditioning, and other environmental controls. The panel will be used on an as-needed basis, with no commitment of spend. The University currently utilises both Honeywell EBI and Niagara Tridium platforms; therefore, suppliers must be appropriately qualified or licensed to work on one or both of these systems. The scope of services includes: • Installation of BMS controllers • Replacement of existing controllers • System integration • Graphics development and updates • Ongoing maintenance of BMS systems
