Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to assist the System in identifying and securing a Caregiver solution for the Travis County Healthcare District System that meets the following objectives:• Vendor has an excellent public image and positive regional/ national reputation across communities.• Excellent customer service that makes accessing care easy for the members to obtain.• Delivers high-quality, cost-effective coverage that enhances the System’s team member benefit program.• Partner with vendor capable of delivering superior ongoing support to both the System and its benefits administration team.• One award will be given for the Caregiver program based on evaluation criteria.
